McDonald's in Muenchberg

Fast service. Clean toilets.

Always super fast service. The food has always been fresh and the staff friendly.

There are often nonsensical corona measures, one of them can be found here! The parking lot is also closed to customers? Now the hungry are spread out in the industrial park, wherever they can find a parking space! Who came up with this nonsense?

Well organized and nice that you could use the toilet.

No long queues, Mc Drive is quick, burgers are warm and tasty

Unfortunately not that great. Dirty toilets and the cordoned off areas and tables looked like someone had just eaten there. Everything is made fresh, but the nuggets were pale and sticky, there was what felt like half an onion on the TS and everything was loveless. Standard is different

Everything's fine, but when I went, it turned out that I did not receive the entire order, the McRib sandwich was missing, so a warning to all customers, please check the order before you leave if you have everything you want

Unfortunately no friendly greeting from the doorman. Instead, eat here or not. If you stay there, leave an address. The sound was well ...... we have eaten better at Mc's.

One thing is clear, you don't go there a second time. Coffee tastes rancid. Breakfast is apparently very much reduced and the staff is very unfriendly. The food is cold too!

In the MC Café very nice service only at breakfast in the MC Donalds? For having tried again for the first time in years. The breakfast with scrambled eggs was far better and the diaper changing option was disastrous. ?

Absolutely disgusting and more than bad service! All tables are cleaned with a cloth without cleaning it in between! A no go, especially with Corona ... Numbers are permanently assigned at the entrance and suddenly assigned to other guests, which would be fine if explicitly asked ... After 15 minutes there was still no food and nobody knew where it is ... Mega organization ... After more than 20 minutes I had my meal ... Never again!!!! and absolutely not to be recommended !!!!

Just eat Mc Donalds ... But why you don't have any more served, I can't understand. You should react in good time. Well, toilet paper was also possible ?

Decent Mc Donalds unfortunately completely overwhelmed with the tourist traffic. Toilets heavily guarded by staff even though you clearly marks the area as a truck stop, which is a shame. I don't think the toilet-only loss is that massive. It is rather bad that the staff does not agree on the in-house processes and the guest hears the appropriate tone. Products as usual, standard good.

Why is the exit not properly marked during Corona times? Why do you let customers in when the waiting area is already full. No trace of corona intervals when customers stand between the waiting customers.

Not to be recommended at all. Friendliness 1/10 Cleanliness at the tables 4/10 Toilets: 0/10 Food: 1/10 So I don't think you have to say more about it. Several times we had to point out that you made a mistake. First something was missing from the order and then they gave us the wrong food in the right packaging. But if that is not all, you will still complain about your mistakes.

I got something for myself and my family earlier and then noticed at home that 3 things were missing that I paid for and are even on the receipt! When something happens, I don't say anything, but it wasn't the first time and then three things. That is not how it works!

We have been here several times in Münchberg, but today nobody wanted to work here. French fries unsalted, received only half of the order and when we wanted to get the missing one was still being discussed. Very rude staff, next time we will definitely go to the next one.

The food was made to standard. The men's toilet looked like a building site toilet. As if only the floor had been wiped for a week but the rest was forgotten.

Just standard McDonald service.

Close to cold burgers and the fries were also not fresh and warm. Staff didn't understand the simplest English. Same for the McCafe, we ordered Caffe Latte, which is on their written menu, but they only understood "cafe latte macchiato". We were amazed since this place is a very well visited rest stop on the bridge between northern and southern Europe.

Not properly maintained. Trash on floors. Machines broken. Out of 6 machines only 3 worked.

McCafe is a good place for coffee and cakes! Prices are: ? ? ? Food is good: ?? Atmosphere:???? Cleanliness: ??? ... on a scale 1 to 5
